TRANSPORTATION FACILITY

The school transportation services will be started from 1st Oct’21. The interested parents are requested to contact the school office for the registration.

Payment system:

  1. 50% of total transportation fee has to pay in advance.
  2. Remaining 50% amount has to pay on or before 23rd Dec’21.

TRANSPORT RULES:

  1. Students using school bus/van/winger are not permitted to travel by any other route, except the bus/van/winger route that has been allotted to them. They are expected to reach their bus stops 10 minutes before the arrival time of the bus/van/winger.
  2. Each student is expected to board or get down from the school bus/van/winger only at his/her regular stop, not just anywhere as per his / her convenience.
  3. Bus/van/winger monitor and Bus Teacher-in-Charge will be responsible for orderly behaviour in the bus.
  4. Undisciplined behaviour by any student in the school bus/van/winger will make the student ineligible to use the school transport.
  5. Change of bus/van/winger stop will not be entertained.
  6. Parents are requested to see that the children are escorted to and from the bus/van/winger stop.
  7. In case of any problem regarding buses, the Administrative Officer may be contacted in the Senior Wing of the school.
  8. In case of withdrawal from the bus/van/winger facility, one full month’s notice is to be given. Otherwise full conveyance charges will be charged. No bus withdrawal will be allowed in the last month. Bus/van/winger fee is not fully or partly refundable under any circumstances.
  9. Bus facility will be provided subject to availability of a seat in any route.
